BBX Hobart Traders Dinner

On the 16th of September we were treated to a new member and top traders dinner at the Flavour of India.
The event was fully catered and gracefully hosted by Cherie Duggan.
Members were treated to fine food and wine. The event provided unique opportunities for new and existing members to network and promote their products or services.
It became increasingly evident through member testimonials that in times of downturn the concept of trading booms.
It also illustrated that the amount of growth seen in business was attributable through cashless trading of goods and services between members.
I would like to personally offer my gratitude and congratulations to Cherie for not only hosting such an eventful night but for her tireless work ethic, commitment and dedication in sustaining and growing the BBX family.

To whom it may concern,

I would just like to say what a great night I had on Wednesday night at the Hobart BBX
Top traders/New members night which was held at the Flavor of India restaurant.

It was great to be at a function with such a relaxed, pleasant and bubbly atmosphere. Everybody there was happily engaging in talk and laughter throughout the whole night while enjoying a great meal and quiet drink. A touch of entertainment was included with one of our newest BBX member which really added some enjoyment to the night.

There were some new members there who seemed a bit skeptical of BBX at first but by the end of the night they walked away happy and more at ease about the BBX system and how it will work for their business. Some even lining up new angles for their business not otherwise possible or thought of.

I can personally say that I have walked away with a potential booking from the night. This was created during the passing around of the microphone. A fitness centre was listening to what we offered in our business and are now looking at hiring us for their promotional work. Once again a new angle of business we hadn’t even contemplated.

I must highly congratulate Cherie on the work she puts into these nights along with the running of the BBX Hobart branch of which she is doing solely on her own. She does a fantastic job and is always only too happy to help.

Congratulation Cherie, as always I look forward to the next BBX event.

BBX SUPPORTS FSHD FOUNDATION

“It is encouraging to see that businesses like BBX have a desire to support the FSHD Global Research Foundation's journey to find a cure or treatment for FSHD,” said Foundation founder and former Macquarie Bank executive director, Bill Moss AM.

As a supporter of the Foundation, BBX has provided a number of prizes and auction items to assist in the fundraising. Rick Powell, marketing manager for BBX was master of ceremonies at the most recent golf day on 27 July.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs

The South Sydney Rabbitohs have had a Corporate Partnership with BBX over the past 4 seasons and Partnership is exactly what has been experienced.
BBX are the ideal corporate partner.

After previously being sponsored by a rival barter company we were hesitant on forming a relationship with another company in that field.

However BBX has led the Rabbitohs into a new world of genuine “budget relieving” spending.

The team at BBX led by Michael, Rick and on a day to day basis, Linda, have been extremely professional, helpful and efficient with all requests.

The Rabbitohs see a very bright future when companies like BBX continue to support the Club.

 As owners of numerous restaurants we have always utilized BBX within those infrastructures. It has
and does play a pivotal role in the growth of our business on a day to day basis.

Over the past 5 years we have used our BBX dollars into areas of wealth creation with the purchase
of properties amongst many other uses of BBX primarily to offset many current cash expenses.

I would recommend BBX as an organization to any business that would like to grow their concerns outside the ‘traditional square’ of advertising and marketing and the limitations placed upon business owners today to generate new sales.
