Trade expos wrap up

It has been a big month for BBX trade expos. Franchises in Hobart, Coffs Harbour and Melbourne all had successful expos, and next Tuesday Adelaide holds its expo.

As with all BBX trade nights, the auctions continue to be a highlight with many fantastic items going under the hammer. Adelaide’s auction will be no exception, with everything from plasma TVs to mobile phones; it’s going to be a great night.

 A trade night is a great way to generate sales for member with stock to sell as well as a good opportunity to spend your BBX dollars. The auctions always attract quality items and there are always plenty of stalls from a wide range of BBX vendors. A trade expo is also a great place to network with other BBX businesses.

 Hobart

Hobart’s trade night was a huge success for the members. The venue, which was great, was all on one level, had plenty of stalls and there was lots of social activity and networking.

Cherie Duggan, the Hobart franchise owner and husband Dave were in fine form, especially Dave who was funny as the guest entertainer ‘Jimbo’.

Coffs Harbour

Amanda & Wayne Rosen recently hosted the Coffs Harbour trade night which was another good event with many member’s expressing how happy they were to see such a positive night occur.  A huge auction coupled with great food and wine made this a must-be-at event.

 A huge thank you went out to Magali Russo from the Gold Coast office, who made the trip down and oversaw this successful night.

 We encourage all Coffs Harbour members to get behind Wayne and Amanda who are doing a great job with the Coffs franchise.

 Melbourne

Last Tuesday night The Collingwood Town Hall was the venue for the Melbourne trade night and it a fantastic night of trading, with 45 items in the auction.

Huge congratulations to BBX member Basque Tapas Bar for providing the catering for the evening.  What an amazing array of mouth-watering food.

 Boxing news

Next Wednesday night Danny Green goes up against Roy Jones Jnr in the IBO Cruiserweight championship of the world. In Danny’s corner is renowned trainer and die hard BBX fan Angelo Hyder who is looking to take Danny to the very pinnacle of world boxing.

 The main support event of the night is newly sponsored BBX fighter Steven Wills who is unbeaten to date. Steven is looking for another win as he works his way to the world stage under the guidance of Angelo Hyder (pictured).

Boxing fans, keep an eye out for Angelo in his BBX livery with his corner men, as these fights are being televised worldwide.

 Sydney trade expo

The Sydney Expo on Tuesday, 8 December is shaping up to be huge.

 It will be held at the Croatian Club at Punchbowl and this huge venue will be turned into a shopper’s paradise for the night. There will be 150 stalls spread over two floors and many great auction items up for grabs, including a sports car, Mercedes bus, brand new motorbike, plasmas and much more. It’s going to be an amazing night.

 Plus, with the many expos happening around the country, there are plenty of opportunities to find the perfect gifts for your family and friends or even yourself.
